But then when you actually go through it yourself, reality smacks you in the face, and you’re left confused and isolated: Why doesn’t it look that way for me? Why am I struggling?

Our team has advanced education and experience in perinatal mental health, meaning you don't have to cross your fingers and hope that we understand how hard this stage can be.
We understand the nuances of the early stages of parenthood: how typical counselling strategies may not be relevant to parents with young kids, and how mental health challenges look different during this time.
From deciding to have children, to navigating your journey through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, relationship changes, parenting, career demands and beyond, parenthood can be full of challenges.

We offer 1:1 counselling, relationship counselling, and group therapy focusing on challenges in the perinatal and early parenthood stage, to people across Canada.
We have a growing library of workshops, and a monthly free support group for moms, where we teach about the most common topics related to perinatal mental health.
We have parenting experts on the team who are here to help you work through a specific challenge, so that you have a plan in place and the confidence to approach even the toughest moments with your family.
