She is honestly the best clinical counsellor with the most compassionate heart. I am in awe at the way she is so caring, compassionate, and thoughtful. Her advice is practical, realistic, and easy to implement. I’m so grateful to have found her.

The best counsellor with the most compassionate heart.

She is so supportive, thoughtful, insightful and is able to connect with me. I so appreciate her and how she asks the right questions to help me release emotions that I didn't know I was pushing down, and questions to help me think a different way. So very fortunate to be working with her.

Absolutely incredible, I’m one session in and have already had multiple “ah ha” moments and her session notes were incredibly insightful and helpful to continue my progress prior to our next meeting.

I’m one session in and have already had multiple “ah ha” moments

I was very nervous about participating in virtual counselling as opposed to in person. I was worried about the ability to form connection through video chat. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I connected better than I could have thought. I am looking forward to continuing to access these services

I connected better than I could have thought.

I so appreciate my counsellor, how she listens, gently offers guidance, suggests tools, checks in asking if a certain direction seems useful, and helps create a plan moving forward.

I so appreciate my counsellor

So thankful to have “met” my therapist and have my sessions. I am learning many useful tools and she’s (and therapy) changed my life. Recommend to everyone 💜
